Job Description As a Morning Dunkin' Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring America Runs on Dunkin' by expertly preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and providing exceptional guest service. From crafting the perfect cup of coffee to serving up our delicious menu items, you'll contribute to keeping our guests coming back for more. Responsibilities Deliver excellent and friendly guest experiences, ensuring products are prepared according to operational and quality standards. Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to meet guest needs and maintain a clean, fast-paced environment. Provide outstanding service, swiftly resolve guest issues, and consistently adhere to brand standards, recipes, and systems. Handle POS transactions with precision and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives effectively. Exceed guest expectations, foster guest relationships, and actively seek opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction. Set and uphold high standards for yourself and fellow team members, actively contribute to overall team performance, and promptly address any issues that arise. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older, per applicable law. Possess exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills. Availability for morning shifts is essential.
