Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist with food handling duties such as packaging orders, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations. Support the team in maintaining a welcoming environment through teamwork, communication, and efficient service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive approach. Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and support team goals.
