Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Crew Member and become the heart of our quick service and fast food restaurant! Duties Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality, safety, and sanitation protocols are followed. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and managing waste. Assist in food preparation tasks like assembling sandwiches, packaging orders, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities such as cashiering, serving customers, or restocking supplies. Skills Proven experience in food preparation or working in a quick service & fast food restaurant environment. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totaling. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking across duties like cashiering, serving, and cleaning.
