The Role We're looking for a naturally friendly, attentive candidate to join our Front of House team, someone who lights up a room, anticipates needs, and creates moments that make guests feel seen and cared for. You'll be the face of Alfalfa, ensuring every customer's visit is warm, seamless, and delicious. If you love good food, good people, and want to grow your skills in hospitality, this is your moment. Barista and cafe experience is a plus, but we'll happily train the right person who brings heart, hustle, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Welcome guests with genuine warmth and upbeat energy Master our handmade beverage menu and craft every drink with care Keep all areas of the restaurant sparkling clean and organized from tables, restrooms, equipment and prep spaces Monitor inventory levels and restock throughout the day, proactively alert managers before supplies run low Collaborate with your team to anticipate needs, share the load, and keep every shift running with ease and positivity Stay composed and professional in a fast-paced setting Handle transactions responsibly and follow all health & safety standards Communicate clearly with the kitchen to ensure all orders are accurate, timely and delivered with care (and a smile!)
