Job Summary We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a positive guest experience by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and organized front of house area. Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience
• Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system effectively
• Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a quick-service fast-food restaurant or café
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and basic retail math
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
