We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within the food service industry, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations. Must be able to work 5 AM shifts weekdays and weekends. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Prepare and serve food items while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms through regular sanitization practices. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and assist with upselling menu items. Utilize POS system for order processing and payment handling. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring that the dining area is tidy and inviting for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure high-quality service in compliance with health regulations. Experience Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
