The Play Team Member is responsible for interacting with and ensuring the safety of the children while Club members are using the facility. You are responsible for maintaining a safe and fun environment for young children. You are to come up with creative and educational activities, while maintaining a clean environment for the children. #1 PRIORITYQualificationso Must have experience working with children ages 10 months to 12 years of ageo Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and writteno Must have a valid CPR/AED certification, including infant and child, on your first day of employment and maintain valid certification throughout employmento Must adhere to all safety rules and guidelines and take necessary precautions to ensure safety of all children in the Kids Clubo PC literate, including Microsoft Office and various other productsPhysical Requirementso Must be able to sit for extended periodso Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 poundso Occasionally stoop, kneel or crouch
