- Shifts are 4-8 hours, depending on prep that day.
- Shifts start at 5AM Responsibilites and Duties are but not limited to:
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
- Follow the prep list created by the company.
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible.
- Undertake basic baking duties.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirement:
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment (mixers, blenders and dough sheeter, etc.)
- Understanding of food safety practices.
- Fexibility to work in early morning shifts.
- Ability to lift and carry at lease 25lbs.
- Food Handler card is required.
Additional:
- Experience as Baker, Pastry chef or similar role
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Ablility to work as a team
