Position Summary As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant. You will assist with food preparation, customer service, order accuracy, cleanliness, and maintaining Marco's Pizza's standards for quality and safety. Successful candidates are team-oriented, reliable, and committed to creating a positive experience for every guest. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must possess and maintain a valid Southern Nevada Health Card High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Essential Job DutiesCustomer Service Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately in person and by phone Answer questions regarding menu items, promotions, and specials Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly Ensure every guest receives exceptional service Food Preparation Prepare pizzas, salads, sandwiches, wings, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards Portion ingredients accurately and maintain food quality Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Monitor product freshness and quality throughout each shift Restaurant Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Wash dishes, utensils, and food preparation equipment Assist with stocking ingredients, supplies, and inventory Follow opening, closing, and shift procedures Support team members in all areas of restaurant operations Food Safety & Compliance Follow all local, state, and company food safety regulations Adhere to health department requirements and sanitation procedures Practice proper handwashing, food handling, and storage techniques Maintain compliance with Southern Nevada Health District standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and kitchen equipment Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling options Paid training Career growth and advancement opportunities Employee meal discounts Supportive and team-oriented workplace culture Opportunity to develop customer service and food service skills Desired Qualities We are looking for individuals who are: Dependable and punctual Positive and enthusiastic Customer-focused Team-oriented Willing to learn and grow Able to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply in person at our store or submit an application online.
