Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies efficiently and safely to complete daily tasks. Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low. Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure work environment. Assist with special custodial projects such as deep cleaning or event setup as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution. Support team efforts by collaborating with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles, demonstrating attention to detail. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including the use of various cleaning equipment and chemicals. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent organizational skills for managing supplies and completing tasks on schedule. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift. Clear communication skills to follow instructions accurately and report issues effectively.
