You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the establishment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Operate the cash register accurately, handling transactions efficiently while ensuring proper cash management. Assist in food service operations, including taking orders, preparing food items, and serving customers. Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing work areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment regularly. Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean dining environment for guests. Utilize basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and promote menu items. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and high standards of service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer interactions. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register duties. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of culinary practices is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as well as customers are essential. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
