As a vital team player, you'll deliver exceptional food experiences, ensure smooth operations, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Whether you're serving up smiles at the counter or assisting behind the scenes in food prep, your energy and enthusiasm will drive our success. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their dining experience Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Clover POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote specials to maximize revenue opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas including food prep stations, dining areas, and back-of-house kitchens Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, clearing orders, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage time effectively to ensure quick service delivery in a fast-paced environment Support inventory management by monitoring supplies and assisting with stock replenishment Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with Clover POS system Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
