Overview Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Team Member and be the welcoming face of our bustling restaurant! Duties Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process transactions smoothly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures across dining areas, counters, and service stations Ensure food safety management protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards Assist with food delivery from the kitchen to tables or take-out orders, ensuring timely service Support team members during busy periods by managing seating arrangements and guest inquiries Follow all food safety practices and sanitation procedures to create a safe environment for both guests and staff Skills Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation procedures Ability to operate POS systems efficiently and accurately handle transactions Understanding of food safety regulations and the importance of maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail Bar and wine knowledge helpful Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
