  • Overview
  • Pizzeria Florian is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Front of House Lead to join our staff! Prior restaurant experience is necessary as well as ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Excellent customer service and a friendly attitude a must!
  • Responsibilities
  • Above all else must have excellent customer service skills and friendly attitude!
  • Greet customers and assist them with menu selections
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently both in person and over the phone
  • Prepare and serve selection of beer, wine, and mixed drinks
  • Process payments using Square Point of Sale
  • Serve food and beverages promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
  • Clean, bus, and reset tables
  • Assist with expo'ing food and assisting customers with to-go orders
  • Requirements
  • Experience in food handling and sanitation practices
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in operating POS systems
  • Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus
