As a Canteen Counter Service team member, you'll be at the heart of our quick-service operation, crafting coffee drinks, preparing fresh salads and sandwiches, and providing top-tier hospitality at the counter. Food and Beverage Manager Key Responsibilities:

Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service at the counter, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Take and process orders accurately while handling transactions with efficiency. Prepare high-quality coffee drinks, salads, and sandwiches with consistency and attention to detail. Anticipate guest needs by ensuring the counter is stocked with napkins, utensils, condiments, and other essentials. Maintain a clean and organized counter and prep area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, ensuring smooth service even during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure quality and consistency in food and beverages. Upsell and recommend menu items based on guest preferences. Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage. Participate in freight delivery and inventory days to bring product in and sort.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in counter service, barista work, or food prep preferred. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure. Strong attention to detail to ensure quality food and beverage preparation. A people-person who enjoys engaging with guests and creating a welcoming environment. Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and ability to follow recipes. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
