Job Description

DESCRIPTION
Join our small indoor farm team where we grow wheatgrass & microgreens in a warehouse-like environment. There are a number of different tasks to do throughout each day, such as: Loading delivery vans, Harvesting & Packing, Planting, Watering, Juicing, Cleaning, and General Warehouse duties. We are seeking a long-term team member who thrives on fast-paced, physical work, has good hand-eye coordination, is detail-oriented, reliable, punctual and works well both independently and on a team. You should learn quickly and hustle if you want to succeed with us. Farming is a very physical job, and you should expect to get wet and dirty each day, and you must be able to comfortably lift 60lbs. You should be flexible in your schedule since we are a small team. REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift 60 lb comfortably. Must live within 25 minutes commute from Florida, NY Must have your own vehicle Must have experience with physical type labor Must be able to work in the US legally •Approximately 10-25 hrs /week •
SCHEDULE
will Require Both Sat + Sunday Day shifts + at least 2 Evening Shifts •
Saturday Day Shift:
8am-12pm (end-time varies based on workload)
Sunday Day Shift:
8am•2:30pm (end-time varies based on workload)
Evening Shifts:
7pm-9pm (occurring every night•you will be assigned at least 2) Also possible to cover weekday day shifts on occasion:
Weekday Day Shifts:
Mon-Fri 7 am•3:30 pm
