In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers and supporting the overall operations of our establishment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation zones and dining areas. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies regarding food handling and preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality in food preparation. Experience in food service or retail environments is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to sanitize work areas consistently to maintain health standards.
