Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the counter, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally Package and assemble food items according to established safety standards, maintaining high quality and presentation Operate POS systems to process sales accurately, handle cash transactions, and perform cashiering duties Upsell menu items or retail products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, packaging, and basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to handle cash accurately, perform basic math calculations, and manage retail math tasks confidently Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Previous restaurant or café experience is highly desirable; experience in grocery stores or retail settings is a plus Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism This exciting opportunity is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the food industry.
