This role includes guest service, food order support, ice cream service, stocking, cleanliness, and assisting with opening and closing procedures. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating a great guest experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a friendly, welcoming manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve soft serve, hard scoop ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and other frozen treats Assist in assembling food and beverage orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms Stock front-of-house and ice cream service supplies Support opening and closing duties, including cash handling and basic inventory procedures Assist kitchen staff as needed during busy periods Follow food safety and sanitation standards Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Previous food service, hospitality, or ice cream service experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math and cash handling skills Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Compensation Starting pay: $17-$20 per hour anticipated earnings•Includes $15/ hour base pay plus tips. Actual earnings may vary based on tips. Applicable minimum wage requirements are always guaranteed.
