Our MelvilleStore is actively seeking a PT Seafood Clerk (BOH) to join its seafood team! Uncle Giuseppe's gourmet Marketplace serves its customers freshly delivered seafood, with a vast array of seafood choices. Many types of fish, crab, lobsters, clams, oysters, scallops and all of the seafood you could dream up, we have! Our Seafood Chefs cook seafood dishes, gourmet style, for our customers to grab and go for a gourmet cooked home meal! Our Seafood (BOH) clerks are responsible for cooking our fresh seafood, making and preparing salads, seafood sandwiches and grab and go items. Responsibilities The Seafood Clerks will cook and steam seafood for customer purchases, including grab and go itemsCheck and verify freshness of seafood items in live tanks.
