In this fast-paced role, you will be the vital link between the kitchen, service staff, and guests, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Duties Deliver prepared food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to dining areas or designated locations Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and organizing ingredients when needed Support the cleaning and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and service utensils to uphold food safety standards Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining a tidy environment for guests Help with food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations and safety protocols Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to requests and ensuring guest satisfaction Support catering events or banquet setups by transporting supplies and assisting with meal service as required Experience Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Experience in banquet service, delivery driving, or hospitality roles enhances your candidacy Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques is essential Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are important for interacting with team members and guests Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
