Responsibilities:

Slice deli meats using a deli slicer machine (pastrami, salami, turkey breast, etc.) Properly clean and sanitize the deli slicer and work area Prepare sandwiches, baguettes, and wraps with meats, and fresh vegetables Properly wrap and package sandwiches and wraps Cut and prepare raw chicken for fried chicken orders Grill chicken and assist with hot food preparation Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at all times Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Experience using a deli slicer machine Must know how to safely clean and maintain deli equipment Experience preparing sandwiches, wraps, and hot food items Ability to handle and prepare raw chicken safely Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently Ability to work in a busy kitchen/deli environment

Preferred:

Previous deli, sandwich shop, or restaurant experience Food handler certification is a plus
