Full Job Description Who We Are:

After operating with a vertically integrated supply chain (i.e., directly fulfilling orders from Crafty-operated distribution centers) in Chicago and the Bay Area, our team launched a third party fulfillment model that has rapidly scaled our coverage into over 25 markets globally, in just a year's time. The Role New York City, NY Shift:
Mon - Fri 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Crafty's Food & Beverage Associate IIs — known internally as "The Independent Contributor" — are the versatile backbone of our in-office Concierge pantry program. Ready for immediate deployment to any site, they navigate new client spaces and execute any tasklist successfully without a prior walkthrough. This is a high-energy role for people who thrive with independence and derive genuine satisfaction from an organized, elevated space. The F&B Associate II is typically trained across 15+ locations, is on call for coverage needs, and independently travels to assigned locations each day. This role also takes on increased "Day-of Leadership" and implementation oversight responsibilities — including QC checks and peer support when assigned. Crafty is looking for a F&B Associate II whose responsibilities will include:
Merchandising:
Take pride in your spaces by owning clients' office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed
Customer Service:
With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service Maintenance +
Inventory:
Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)
Communication:
Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty. This role supports multiple of our New York City clients Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM by meeting the skill-based qualifications below:

Comfortable traveling independently between multiple client sites each day and confident stepping into unfamiliar spaces and making them better. Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed

Peer coach; have mastered our operational best practices and equipment SOPs to the point that they can train their peers. Shift Execution:
The Food & Beverage Associate II will complete daily task lists with an average of 95% successful shift completion week over week, as measured via Tableau on a monthly basis. Goal #2 —
Quality Control & Peer Development:
The Food & Beverage Associate II will perform quality control checks accurately and efficiently and provide actionable feedback to peers within 24 hours of completing each assessment, as tracked on a monthly basis. When assigned, they will also provide onboarding or re-training to peers, with positive feedback from trainees on approach and effectiveness. Goal #3 —
Client Satisfaction:
The Food & Beverage Associate II will support all client requests on a weekly basis in collaboration with their manager and the site point of contact, ensuring timely resolution and a high-quality on-site experience. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including cost of living based on location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
