•We are hiring for multiple locations; Park Ave S, Upper East Side, Noho•About Us Counter Service is an innovative, chef-driven restaurant brand founded by Steve Ells, the visionary behind Chipotle. We are looking for a restaurant Team Member to help drive excellence at both our Park Ave South and Upper East Side locations. The restaurant crew member is key to delivering an exceptional dining experience through expert sandwich preparation, precise order bagging, and outstanding customer service.

Essential Functions Food Preparation & Service:

Operate makeline stations, including sandwich prep & assembly, bun toasting, and panini press operation.

Order Processing:

Accurately bag and check orders for completeness and quality.

Customer Interaction:

Operate the point-of-sale system and ensure friendly, attentive service.

Quality & Safety:

Follow health and safety protocols to maintain the highest food and sanitation standards.

Teamwork & Efficiency:

Work closely with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations during each shift.

Attendance & Reliability:

Maintain consistent and dependable attendance in alignment with scheduled shifts. Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute to a high-functioning production environment.
