Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as part of our staff. As an employee, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for the children that utilize our PlayPark. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization with potential to move to full time in the fall.Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests
- Handle general sales as kids and families enter our facility
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facility during operating hours
- Perform opening/closing cleaning and maintenance at beginning or end of days
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Skills:
- Sales skills to effectively promote our facility
- Strong skills in organization and creativity
- Familiarity with a POS system for general sales
- Motivation to keep areas children play clean and safe
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and purchase accuracy
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
