Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive dining experience Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling Upsell menu items and suggest add-ons to increase sales while enhancing customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations Manage food inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with food handling procedures to ensure freshness and safety Support team members by bussing tables, managing queues, and assisting in other restaurant operations as needed Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles is preferred; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable; retail or grocery store experience is beneficial Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in a fast-paced environment Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering delicious meals with enthusiasm!
