Crew Member Does:
Greet customers with a smile and great service Prepare fresh, quality food the Wendy's way Handle drive-thru, counter service, or kitchen depending on the shift Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and running smoothly Support your team and jump in where needed

A positive attitude and team spirit Willingness to learn and grow Ability to take direction and work independently Comfortable standing, moving, and lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed Available for nights, weekends, or holidays when required
