In this pivotal role, you will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the management team in maintaining a smooth and efficient restaurant environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards. Assist in managing staff schedules, training new team members, and supervising team performance to ensure high-quality service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent guest satisfaction. Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of supplies. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Support shift management by coordinating staff coverage, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts. Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations across all areas of the restaurant. Requirements Proven experience in food industry roles such as food preparation, cooking, or food service management. Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Familiarity with inventory control, food safety protocols, and kitchen management practices. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management, training & development, and staff supervision. Ability to thrive in a casual dining or fine dining setting with experience in hospitality management preferred. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with effective communication abilities.
