Job Description
Hamlet & Ghost is looking for Bussers and Hosts who can work year-round and nights. Weekend availability is a must. We are a small team of passionate and hard working individuals who have set our sites on creating memorable experiences for guests. Hourly rate and paid out from a points-based tip pool.
Candidates must:
- Have at least 1 year of restaurant experience , preferably in the role
- Be interested in learning and growing with the organization
- Be dependable. All Support Staff are expected to report to work promptly as scheduled. A good attitude and adherence to performance standards are critical
- Be self-motivated. Desire for professional development and growth within the organization is valued
- Be cooperative. All Support Staff are expected to work together with a spirit of cooperation and teamwork. Team members who cannot or do not cooperate with one another will not be tolerated
- Be flexible. All Support Staff must understand that regularly scheduled assignments and procedures may be subject to change with adequate notice, and must be flexible and willing to work with those changes
Bonus:
Have experience in a high-traffic restaurant.- The ideal candidate must be open to constructive criticism, is always ready to work, and prioritizes cleanliness and timeliness.
