Event Setup Crew Member

Duties Assist in the setup and breakdown of event infrastructure, including staging, lighting, audio-visual equipment, and signage Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble structures according to schematics and technical specifications Manage cabling, electrical connections, and low voltage systems to ensure safety and functionality Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and infrastructure before, during, and after events Troubleshoot software issues related to audio-visual or telecommunication systems on-site Collaborate with team members to ensure all electrical, telecommunication, and hardware components are correctly installed and operational Follow safety protocols diligently during all setup activities to prevent accidents or damage Requirements Prior experience with electrical systems, telecommunication setups, or field service work is highly desirable Proficiency with hand tools, cabling techniques, schematics reading, and basic mechanical skills Knowledge of electrical experience including low voltage wiring and E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) systems Ability to troubleshoot software problems related to audio-visual or computer hardware components Strong understanding of computer hardware maintenance and software troubleshooting procedures Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret schematics for complex setups Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Join us in delivering outstanding event experiences!
