Whether you're preparing delicious food, managing sales at the POS (Point of Sale) systems, or maintaining a clean and safe environment, your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with precision Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining spaces, and food handling stations according to food safety standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth restaurant operations Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks including cashiering, food prep, and serving Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred; experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible shifts across all hours of operation including evenings, weekends, and holidays Restaurant experience or background in the food industry will be highly valued Join us as a vital part of our team where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
