Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and following food safety protocols Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques and adhering to sanitation guidelines Support kitchen operations by assisting with food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring timely delivery of orders Skills Proven experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in cashiering, upselling, and sales techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Kitchen or café experience is a plus; familiarity with grocery store or retail math is beneficial for inventory management This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain valuable experience in the food industry while delivering memorable guest experiences.
