Job Description
We are hiring for a role on our B2B production team. Responsibilities in this position include packaging coffee, tea, and related products; preparing and fulfilling orders; blending; maintaining equipment and facilities; assisting with production and sample roasting; participating in coffee cupping; receiving shipments; and helping manage inventory. Prior experience is not required. However, candidates must: Possess a strong sense of taste and smell. Be physically capable of lifting 40 pounds overhead, standing for extended periods, and assisting with moving coffee bags weighing up to 150 pounds. Commit to working at least 20 hours per week on a consistent basis. Maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks. This role will begin as part-time, with the potential to transition into full-time based on performance and business needs. Starting pay is $17 per hour. Candidates who have completed the food safety, coffee, workplace safety, and tea courses through www.haas.institute will receive an additional $1 per hour starting wage upon hire.
