Job Description
Swanson's Painting is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Crew Leader to manage residential and light‑commercial painting projects in the Cincinnati area. This role is ideal for someone who has utmost integrity, takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates clearly, and can guide a team to deliver consistent, high‑quality results. Jobsite Leadership — Oversee daily operations while working in the field, assign tasks, and ensure the crew stays on schedule. Surface Preparation — Inspect and prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, patching, priming). Quality Control — Maintain Swanson's Painting standards for precision, cleanliness, and finish quality. Customer Communication — Provide updates, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project. Safety Compliance — Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite. Training & Mentoring — Support new team members and model proper techniques. Material Management — Track supplies, request materials, and minimize waste.
