We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team in Cincinnati. About the Role As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be one of the first faces guests see when they visit. You'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive friendly, efficient service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. What You'll DoGuest Service & Customer Experience Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Answer questions about menu items, products, and services Assist guests with special requests and address concerns professionally Deliver food, beverages, and other items promptly when required Ensure every guest receives exceptional service throughout their visit Front of House Operations Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining and service areas Prepare tables, seating areas, and customer-facing spaces Restock supplies, condiments, utensils, and service stations Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational procedures Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards Monitor guest areas and proactively address customer needs Team Collaboration & Support Work closely with kitchen, service, and management teams Assist team members during busy periods and peak service hours Support smooth daily operations and efficient service flow Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture Adapt to changing priorities and customer demands throughout shifts What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, food service, restaurants, retail, cashiering, or a related role is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
