We're looking for an energetic fiber internet team member to join our growing sales team in the Greater Cleveland area. As a trusted partner of Kinetic Fiber, we bring high-speed fiber internet directly to homes and businesses — and we need passionate people to help us spread the word. What you'll do as a Fiber Internet Team Member Represent our fiber internet products as a front-line sales team member, engaging potential customers and at community events throughout Cleveland Educate residents on the benefits of switching to Kinetic Fiber's high-speed internet service Generate new leads and close sales through direct outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building Track customer interactions and report sales activity to the team lead daily Collaborate with fellow team members to hit shared territory goals and deliver a five-star customer experience What we're looking for in the Fiber Internet Team Member Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telecom/internet services is a plus — but not required Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a team member Reliable transportation within the Cleveland metro area Genuine enthusiasm for connecting communities to fiber technology
