Team Member Mochinut is a popular brand of mochi donuts that originated out of Los Angeles, California. Our main menus are Mochi Donuts, Korean Rice Flour Hotdogs, Bubble Tea, and other drinks. There are over 150 Mochinut shops in the US, as it continues to grow in popularity and recognition. Mochi donut is a donut that originated from Japan, which is a combination of American doughnuts and Japanese mochi. Mochinut is gaining popularity owing to its unique shape and wonderful texture, light, crispy coating with a soft chewy inside. We change our donuts specialty flavors on a rotational weekly schedule and look to serve delicious, aesthetically pleasing donuts that are a perfect treat at any time of the day and for any occasions. Donuts are made and glazed on site and we are looking for a team of staff members that are friendly, dedicated, and creative.

Team Member Front of House Responsibilities:

Greeting customers in and out of restaurant Displaying knowledge of our products and being able to explain in a friendly and courteous manner Serving Donuts, Hot Dogs, and Drinks to customers in a friendly manner Fulfilling drink orders in a timely manner Cashier duties Inventory management for Front of House items, like drink toppings, cups, boxes, napkins, sauces, etc. Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment Maintaining a clean customer seating area, as well as the restroom.

Kitchen Responsibilities:

Kitchen duties: preparing menu items (donuts, hotdogs, and drinks); washing and cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils; other tasks that may arise Donut decoration requires precision, detailing, and delicate hands Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, which includes cleaning the hood, kitchen equipment, vacuuming, and mopping the floors. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
