16+ Hourly pay from $11HR to $12.50HR Morning/Lunch shifts range from 7AM-5PM the latest Evening shifts range from 3/4:30pm

The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Interacts with crew members, customers, and vendors using "Tropitude" (Tropitude is our "mojo" and what makes Tropical Smoothie Café fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere)

• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Assist customers and provide excellent service
• Work collaboratively with team members in a quick-service fast casual restaurant setting
• help with food preparation Qualifications
• Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant, or similar environment is preferred
• Ability to work well with the team and help others as needed
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.

Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash. Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment. Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Most shifts are between five and eight hours, but this may vary. Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift. Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment with
