Cincy Community Solutions is bringing more visibility to causes that deserve attention, and the Fundraising Team Member is the one making those connections happen across Cincinnati. We're hiring a full-time Fundraising Team Member to support a breast cancer awareness campaign focused on creating real impact for individuals and families affected. As a Fundraising Team Member, you'll be out in the community having direct, in-person conversations, helping customers understand the mission, and guiding them toward meaningful support. This Fundraising Team Member role is fully onsite and built around interaction. You're not behind the scenes; you're the one customers meet, talk to, and remember. What the Fundraising Team Member role looks like day-to-day: Start conversations with customers in high-traffic areas, introducing the purpose behind the campaign in a way that feels real and easy to connect with Help customers understand how their involvement supports breast cancer awareness and the people impacted by it Guide customers through the donation process step-by-step, keeping everything clear, respectful, and positive Keep interactions focused so customers stay engaged without feeling overwhelmed or pressured Represent the campaign with consistency so customers receive the same clear message across different locations Stay aware of daily activity and adjust how you approach customers to improve results Work alongside other Fundraising Team Member team members to maintain steady outreach and consistent engagement with customers Who this Fundraising Team Member role tends to work well for: Individuals with backgrounds in retail, restaurants, or hospitality who are used to interacting with customers throughout the day People who are comfortable starting conversations and keeping them moving naturally Those who prefer being active and working face-to-face with customers instead of sitting at a desk Candidates looking for an entry level opportunity where no prior experience is required to get started as a Fundraising Team Member Someone who wants their effort to directly impact outcomes, especially in a performance-based environment Individuals who can stay organized while handling multiple conversations with customers in different settings Compensation & structure: 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential Weekly pay based on individual performance Full-time, onsite position in the Cincinnati area The Fundraising Team Member role keeps you in the middle of the action - working directly with customers, building connections, and helping turn everyday conversations into meaningful support.
