As an Entry-Level Crew Member, you'll be at the forefront of sales and customer engagement, connecting directly with residents to deliver exceptional customer support and promote Kinetic Fiber services. Our hands-on training is designed to develop your expertise in sales strategy, customer engagement techniques, and customer support excellence, setting you up for long-term success. Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Crew Member Conduct sales and customer engagement by introducing Kinetic Fiber services to local residents. Drive results through consistent sales efforts, building rapport through strong customer engagement and trust. Provide personalized recommendations by understanding customer needs through meaningful customer engagement conversations. Deliver top-tier customer support by guiding customers through product options, pricing, and installation processes. Close sales by confidently presenting the advantages of Kinetic Fiber and delivering a seamless customer support experience. Maintain ongoing customer engagement through follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention. Act as a reliable point of contact for post-sale customer support, helping customers feel confident in their new service. Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen customer support strategies. Minimum Qualifications of the Entry-Level Crew Member High school diploma or GED preferred. Entry-level candidates encouraged; background in sales, customer engagement, or customer support is a plus. Strong communication skills with a passion for sales and customer engagement. Ability to deliver clear, effective solutions through proactive customer support.
