As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the quality of our food and beverages. Duties Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Take customer orders accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions responsibly. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and safety. Assist with food handling, including bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all tasks. Requirements Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling, cash registers, and basic sales techniques is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy periods. Knowledge of food preparation and handling practices is a plus.
