Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, following established recipes and safety guidelines Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS to process orders efficiently and accurately Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change and totals Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the restaurant remains inviting and organized Follow food safety protocols for proper food handling, storage, and sanitation to ensure health standards are met Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or fast food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is advantageous but not mandatory Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Embark on an energetic career journey where your contributions make a real difference!
