FOH Staff

Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and facilitating smooth operations in the front of the house. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing Square POS. Assist with production of smoothies, bowls and food prep. Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items to enhance the guest experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining a positive demeanor. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service. Support sales initiatives by upselling menu items and promoting special offers when appropriate. Adhere to all food handling safety regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Skills Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Basic understanding of retail math for handling transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.
