As part of our continued growth and commitment to innovation, we are launching a new Laser Scanning & Digital Twin Services division focused on reality capture, Scan-to-BIM, and intelligent facility modeling. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Scan Technician to lead field scanning crews on industrial facilities throughout the Gulf Coast and North America. This role combines technical expertise, project leadership, client interaction, and field execution. Responsibilities Lead laser scanning crews in industrial environments Plan and execute terrestrial laser scanning projects Perform field registration and QA/QC Manage daily crew activities and safety compliance Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams Train and mentor junior technicians Interface directly with client representatives Maintain scanning equipment and field documentation Travel to project sites as required Qualifications 5+ years of laser scanning experience Experience with FARO, Leica, Trimble, or RTC scanners Industrial facility experience preferred Knowledge of refinery, petrochemical, power, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with Scene, Bloom Technologies, Register360, or similar software Strong leadership and communication skills TWIC Card preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
