Restaurant Front Desk Associate

Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our Indian restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling front desk operations, assisting customers with orders and inquiries, and ensuring an excellent dining experience. This role also includes purchasing and picking up restaurant supplies from stores such as Restaurant Depot when needed. Duties Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and handle customer inquiries Process dine-in, takeout, and online orders accurately Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns politely Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting area Purchase and pick up restaurant supplies and goods from Restaurant Depot or other vendors as required Help monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to management Support daily restaurant operations as needed Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your culinary skills, and ready to contribute to an energetic team dedicated to guest satisfaction!
