SPECIALIZED ROLE
This role is part of our Back of House Quality Team with a strong focus on breading, food quality, speed, consistency, and operational excellence. We are looking for individuals who take pride in precision, urgency, discipline, and executing at a high level during fast-paced shifts. THIS ROLE IS FAST-PACED

Master the craft of preparing Chick-fil-A products with consistency, precision, and excellence Learn and execute responsibilities across kitchen stations including food prep, breading, fries, boards, assembly, and prep Maintain excellence in breading procedures, food quality, portioning, and holding standards Prepare and serve high-quality food quickly and accurately Work efficiently during high-volume rushes Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen Follow Chick-fil-A food safety and operational procedures Work efficiently during high-volume rushes Support teammates and contribute to a positive team culture Respond quickly and efficiently to changing orders and kitchen needs Help create a safe and encouraging work environment Complete opening and closing responsibilities as assigned OUR MISSION & VALUES
