In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional experiences in a festival setting by assisting in food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working cooperatively with others and can handle high volume settings. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and assembly according to food safety and company quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and cleaning work areas. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality are met. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. Handle inventory management tasks, including monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Lift 50-75 lbs in product on occasion Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Kitchen experience, including food preparation and cooking skills, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety protocols is essential.
