Dough & Prep Team Member (Part-Time, Early Shift)

About Us Pizza by Robert is a fast-paced, quality-driven pizza shop built on consistency and preparation. Great service starts before we open, and this role is critical to setting the team up for success every day. What You'll Do Prepare fresh dough to company standards Make sauces and portion ingredients for daily use Shred cheese and organize prep for service Set up the kitchen so it's fully ready for the day Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Follow all food safety and prep procedures What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent (this role depends on you showing up) Able to work independently without constant supervision Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Comfortable with repetitive tasks done the right way every time Kitchen or prep experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Part-time Early morning shifts Non-Negotiables Must be on time, every shift Must follow systems and recipes exactly Must take pride in cleanliness and organization To Apply Include the word "prep" in your application so we know you read this.
