Job Description
Job Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within a food processing facility. Shift time is 4:30pm to 2am. This is a temp to hire opportunity! Responsibilities Perform industrial cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are sanitized and free from contaminants. Use high pressure hoses, scratch pads, warm water and chemicals to clean machines and affiliated equipment. Execute cleaning protocols in food processing and production environments, adhering to safety and health regulations. Operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively while maintaining proper usage standards. Conduct lifting of materials and equipment as necessary during the sanitation process. Requirements Experience in industrial sanitation preferred. Ability to perform lifting (up to 30 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Ability to hold and use high pressure gun or water hose to clean equipment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
