Full-time About Us Cake Cannabis is a licensed Oklahoma cannabis cultivation operation focused on producing clean, high-quality flower. We're a hands-on team that takes pride in our plants, our process, and the people who grow with us. We're expanding and looking to add dependable team members who want to learn the craft from the ground up. About the Role This is an entry-level cultivation position. No prior experience required. If you show up on time, work hard, and care about doing things right, we'll teach you everything you need to know. You'll be working directly with our plants and learning every stage of the grow. What You'll Do Assist with daily cultivation tasks: watering, feeding, transplanting, defoliation, and cleaning Help with harvesting and processing Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant grow environment Monitor plant health and report issues to the lead grower Follow all standard operating procedures and OMMA/Metrc compliance protocols Other duties as assigned by cultivation leadership What We're Looking For Must hold (or be able to obtain) all required Oklahoma cannabis employment credentials and pass a background check Must be at least 21 years of age Available for early morning start times Available to work weekends and holidays as needed Reliable transportation and strong attendance Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in warm, humid conditions Detail oriented, coachable, and a team player Positive attitude and strong work ethic Nice to Have (Not Required) Prior cultivation, agriculture, greenhouse, or warehouse experience Familiarity with Metrc or seed-to-sale tracking Schedule Full-time, [40] hours per week Early start times; weekend availability required Why Cake On-the-job training — grow your career as we grow Tight-knit team and a real chance to learn the cultivation craft Ready to grow with us?
